Every Skullpaddle item is printed on demand — made just for you when you order. Because nothing is pre-stocked, please review sizing and details before you check out. Our size charts are on every product page to help you land the right fit.
Returns & exchanges
Since each piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. All sales are final.
If something's wrong, we'll make it right
We stand behind what we ship. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll replace it free — no need to send anything back.
Just email us at Skullpaddle@gmail.com within [14] days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and the issue
Once we confirm it, we'll get a replacement into production right away.
Shipping
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
- Orders are made to order, so allow [2–5 business days] for production before shipping.
- Delivery times vary by location and are shown at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
Once an order ships, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If your tracking shows a problem or your package hasn't arrived in the expected window, reach out at Skullpaddle@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
